Additional days are limited to an existing system.  New installs or add-ons are billed at normal rate.
Upgrades to software and existing system are covered in reduced rate.
For unlimited dial-in support, the following items must be available:

• 1.      PC Anywhere must be installed on computer.

• 2.      56k Modem must be available for PC Anywhere.

• 3.      Phone line must be installed for dial-in.
